The delivery terms indicated by RSFP refer to the Products present in its warehouses and, although carefully evaluated, must be considered non-binding for RSFP which can subsequently confirm or modify them, according to its actual needs. Delays in deliveries less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery of the Products, nor to demand compensation or compensation of any kind.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying invoice and the carrier's delivery note;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or otherwise altered.
The existence of any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier by a specific note on the delivery note. It is understood that in the event of a dispute, the Customer accepts the goods delivered to him.
The goods travel at the risk of the recipient even if sold in carriage. The risks deriving from transport are insured. Any problems concerning the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email from the contact page.
In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier's warehouses resulting from the impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer, the purchase order will be automatically canceled and the customer must pay the return expenses which can amount to 20% of the value of the goods. If the Customer expresses the desire to receive the goods again, the shipping costs (those of return due to storage and those of new shipment) will be entirely at his charge.
RSFP has the right to deliver the Products (also relating to the same order) in several successive deliveries. Specific terms and conditions of delivery must be agreed in advance between the Customer and RSFP and accepted in writing by RSFP
The Customer (if it qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206) has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the ordered Products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason , within the term of 7 (seven) days from receipt of the Products themselves. This right can be exercised only by consumers, therefore all purchases made for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity, ie where a VAT number reference is entered in the order form, they do not enjoy this right as the property is used as a work tool.
The right of withdrawal referred to in Article 6.1 above shall be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter to RSFP, (Via S. Anna, 87 03029 Veroli), within the term of 7 (seven ) working days from receipt of the Products. The aforementioned communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram or email to RSFP, provided that it is confirmed, by registered letter, within 48 (forty eight) hours after sending the telegram or email.
All returns (which must be perfectly intact and without signs of wear and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by the RSFP Customer Service which will issue a return authorization number (RMA) which is requested directly online in the area "Your orders". Once received the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization = Return Authorization), this number will be sent only and exclusively in electronic format to the customer via email to the address that was indicated at the time of registration. The RSFP will not be responsible for the failure to receive emails in the event of incorrect or non-functioning addresses; the Customer may return the Product to the following address: RSFP, Via S. Anna, 87 03029 Veroli Frosinone Italy. Cash on delivery will not be accepted. Packages without authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. The return must be made no later than 10 days from the communication of the RMA number otherwise the return will be refused.
RSFP reserves the right to return the product back on delivery if it does not appear: in perfect condition and without signs of wear by the customer, including accessories and original packaging.
Once we have received the Products (and verified their integrity) RSFP will, as soon as possible, credit the Customer with the cost of the returned Products (as indicated on the invoice), withholding, where necessary, the amount of the expenses shipping plus handling fees that will remain permanently charged to the Customer; these expenses amount to a figure of 12.00 euros including VAT.
The right of withdrawal referred to in article 6.1 above cannot be exercised by the Customer in the event that the Products purchased consist of audiovisual or sealed computer software, which have been opened by the Customer himself.
The right of withdrawal referred to in article 6.1 above cannot be exercised by the Reseller. This must be agreed with the commercial.
The right of withdrawal referred to in article 6.1 above cannot be exercised for products sold for repair or as a spare part where it is mentioned in the description that they are defective, this rarely happens that we sometimes sell these products which they are very useful for customers who buy them to disassemble the pieces.
The right of withdrawal referred to in article 6.1 above cannot be exercised under any circumstances for products sold with software already installed on the computer and combined as Office for PC Reconditioned or other types of software.
